I was diagnosed with celiac disease in the fall of 2012. The only way to restore my health was by adopting a gluten-free diet--for life. A recipe developer by trade, I was determined to continue to enjoy the flavors and textures in baked goods that I always loved.
I got straight to work in the kitchen, developing gluten free versions of all my old favorite recipes. Through trial and error (much error), I have developed recipes that taste just as good as or even better than I remember!


Ginger & Fox Bake Shop is a cottage food operation, which means I operate out of my inspected, permitted home kitchen. Please call at least one week in advance to order one of my specialties off the menu, but don't hesitate to ask if you'd like me to try my hand at converting an old family recipe. Nothing would thrill me more.
